Vitamin supplements. Are they necessary for good health? Will they help you to feel better, make your immune stronger, make your hair shinier and all those other good things they promise on the bottle?
Mental health. As a GP, one of the most common things I see in my practice are patients presenting with stress, anxiety and other mental health issues.
I see around 30-40 patients each day and during Winter, I’d say at least 90% of them are for coughs and colds. So that’s around 30-something times I come face to face with a coughing, sneezing, spluttering patient covered in germs.
So how come I never get sick?
As a GP, one of the most common things I see are injuries related to activity, most commonly back, shoulders, and knee injuries.
I get this a lot from friends and family. How do I find the time to exercise? What’s my secret to exercising even when I’m time poor, feeling lazy and unmotivated?
